Who operates Averoam?
Averoam is operated by Relai Solutions, registration 202603138146, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We resell travel eSIM packages; we are not a mobile network operator. Connectivity comes from our supplier and its partner networks.
You can buy without creating an account. Your eSIM and setup instructions arrive by email, and you can return through Manage my eSIM.
What we explain before purchase
Each package has its own data allowance, validity, activation rules and service restrictions. Our catalogue shows the information supplied for that package. If a detail is missing, ask us before buying rather than assuming it is supported.
Prices appear in your selected currency. Check the final checkout total, and remember your bank may charge its own conversion or cross-border fees. See our terms and refund policy.
How our comparisons work
Our destination guides compare packages sold by Averoam. A lowest-price recommendation means the lowest total price among qualifying packages in our catalogue for the stated trip length and allowance. It is not a claim that we are cheaper than every other seller. A lower price per GB can require a larger total purchase.
We do not turn unlimited data into an assumed number of gigabytes. Fair-use and speed limits must be checked for each unlimited package.
Customer feedback
Reviews labelled verified purchase are linked to an order and activation. A customer review reflects that traveller’s experience, not a guarantee of coverage or speed for another trip. Our own guides are written by Averoam and should not be mistaken for independent reviews.
